Business Development
Prior to joining Hassle Free, Jonathan fulfilled a
variety of different roles within the high-tech industry,
and non-profit industry with a strong focus on IT Service
Operations, BPO, and process-engineering.
Jonathan moved to Central Texas in 1998 and has
called it home ever since. For nine years at Dell,
Jonathan fulfilled various business and operational
roles within the company. He has led many successful
cross-functional IT projects for Business-Segments
with user-bases of up to 10,000+ employees, spanning
the globe. These projects enabled the technology and
infrastructure for employees to service a wide customer
base, including consumer, small/medium, and large
corporate account customers.
As a six-sigma professional, he was
responsible for leading process-improvement teams,
notably his team yielding over ~$26 million fiscal
year company savings.
Melissa England
Founder, Chief Technical Officer
Melissa is the founder of Hassle Free
Host. She spends most of her time exploring the latest
industry technologies available within the hosting
arena and refining our service offerings in order
to provide our customers with the absolute best products
available. Ever surveying the Digital landscape, Melissa
is constantly seeking and implementing the latest
and greatest technologies.
Melissa brings a wealth of technical
expertise to her role at Hassle Free. She combines
a successful technical and web-development career
working in a Fortune 50 environment, along with a
university background in advanced mathematics, physics,
and engineering. Melissa studied mechanical engineering,
and received her degree in Computer Science.
